Colon was honored during a ceremony after the team's 59–56 upset win over Penn State Brandywine Feb. 6.
Majoring in psychology, Colon twice scored 30 points in a game this season, on Nov. 11 vs. Mid-Atlantic Christian and again Jan. 12 against Penn State Mont Alto, when she shot 12–21 from the field and 5–7 from the line. In January, following the Mont Alto game, Colon was named the PSUAC Player of the Week.
