A Season To Be Proud Of
The PSY Women's Basketball team takes 3rd place in USCAA, the finale to their amazing season.
The women, in their 1PM semi-final contest in the USCAA, faced a tough team from Central Maine CC. The ladies played their hearts out, only to fall a little short 74-67. As a result, the Penn State York Women finish 3rd in the USCAA, which is to be congratulated. Coach Tory Harvey, his assistants, Brandon Hill, Mike 'Deacon' Jones, and Brent Harvey, and each of the student-athletes can hold their heads high and be proud of this amazing season as it was one that in itself is an enduring journey that began over 5 months ago on October 1, 2025. Collectively the team fought through injuries to key players, and the ups and downs that a season can bring, but in the end, they achieved the PSUAC Championship after going undefeated in the PSUAC regular season, and finished 3rd in the USCAA, all the while, remaining in the top 10 of the USCAA National Poll, most of the time in the top 4! So.. WAY TO GO LADIES, AND COACHES! WE ARE Penn State York proud of everything that they have achieved and can't wait to see what they will continue to do in the future!
